Slot Car Awesomeness – The Brooklyn Heights 500 Circuit

When my fiance Brian learned that I’ve never owned or even played with a slot car set, he took it upon himself to get me the best and biggest slot car racing set he could find. I got it in the mail a few days ago while I was home for the day. So, I decided to take a few hours, and put together the forty feet of racing track. To give an idea of scale, the standard figure eight set comes with eight feet of track. My amazing set had tiered lanes, switch areas, a loopty-loop, and a cork-screw. Pretty much the wet dream of any toy car racing set-up.
